Calculation of steel gate opening and closing force and selection of opening and closing machine
1. The CBZ type is equipped with a dedicated opening and closing device, which only needs to be indicated as manual or electric, and there is no need to specify the opening and closing machine model separately.
2. The ZSZ type is calculated using the method for calculating the opening and closing force of cast iron gates.
3. The DLZ type adopts an electric single beam crane (electric hoist, manual hoist) with a grabbing mechanism for opening and closing, with a width of less than 1.5m and a suitable depth It can be operated by hand, and it is recommended to use an aluminum alloy door body.
4. The PGZ type can be equipped with the Q series hoist produced by our company according to the opening and closing force, or it can be used with a winch hoist or an electric hoist with an automatic grabbing mechanism. The opening and closing force should be treated differently according to the static water pressure conditions when opening and closing the door:
(1) When opening and closing in still water (such as certain maintenance gates with bypass drainage systems), the opening and closing force is the self weight of the gate body, and the closing force is not considered.
(2) The opening and closing force of dynamic water gates (such as discharge gates, emergency gates, and flushing gates) is calculated based on the opening and closing force of cast iron gates.
(3) When a large gate is subjected to high water pressure, a drain valve (water level balancing device) can be installed on the gate to reduce the opening and closing force. Before opening the gate, the water levels on both sides should be balanced. This type should be specified when ordering, and its opening and closing force should be the same as (1) above.
Push type is used in various water conservancy projects, using the thrust of electro-hydraulic push rods to open and close gates, with a simple structure and reliable performance. Detailed information can be provided based on their physical condition.
Horizontal pull type is used in various water conservancy projects for river channels, for flood discharge and drainage. It uses a hoisting mechanism to open and close the gate, which is easy to install and reliable in operation. When the span is large, it can be designed as a paired pull type.
